What to do then?
Be aware of all of this above, let everyone know about it, and keep in mind that soy and corn are genetically engineered and are produced by the giant biotech Monsanto. 
When we buy "healthy" vitamins and supplements, unknowingly, most of us are supporting GMO technology and corporations like the ones above.
